Returns & Exchanges

At Mother Mother, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
